Thermos
Drawing 2005
Once perspective was applied, then we went into setting colors, before adding the shadows. Some things are brighter in color but have more shadow because of their position to the light. It was hard to show that in black and white lol.

Bird Flu

This was another study on shapes. I got a photograph of people dressed in bio-hazard suits and rubber gloves, spraying lime over the dead birds (although you can't see the birds in pic). The photo is creepy and so is the sketch. It reminds me of like Resident Evil or something lol.

I wasn't going to put this up because it is a copy of a another artist's work. I took the cover of a comic book about angels, turned the main charater to me. It's still pretty cool and not a direct copy. I liked it so I made my own.

This was one of my first assignments at VCU. They wanted to see how good we were at drawing. It's not bad lol.

Here we had to draw two different fabrics, showing their difference in color by overall tone. Then we had to add light and darks. It came out ok I think!
